Negril Palms Hotel

We faced serious issues with the shower, having hot water only a fraction of our stay. The towels were often torn and we had to ask for them daily, so frustrating. The room service was inconsistent, and on our last day, we couldn't shower as there was no hot water or clean towels.

Hotel as a whole is lovely relaxing, I enjoyed it.

The units are good sized and brand-new with excellent king sized bed. The hotel has a central location in the restaurant on premises.

Excellent hotel with great amenities like free parking, a lovely restaurant, and outdoor swimming pool. The staff helped me find transport on my first visit, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape!

great staff but some amenities were missing

The staff was friendly, always ready to help! The beach area had a lovely garden view. Amanda, our housekeeper, was excellent in keeping our Beautiful King Room super clean. Plus, the pool area offered a nice retreat with plenty of lounging options.

There were some amenities that could have been improved.

Centrally located with a pool area that attracts families and kids. The staff, particularly at the security desk, were very accommodating. Dining options are conveniently nearby, with places like Miss Lily's and Aunty's Patties just a short walk away. The management seems inexperienced, which has an impact on service consistency. Our food order was forgotten during a busy period. I encountered issues with a cancellation charge that was not properly addressed, despite prior notice of a free cancellation.

The hotel rooms are brand-new with wooden blinds, excellent king sized bed, hot water shower.

The hotel offers charming gardens providing privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms, while basic, come with unique towel art crafted by the housemaids, which adds a personal touch to your stay.

Though the hotel had its merits, I encountered a few rough patches. The room prices felt inflated, especially considering the surrounding dining options that also carried steep prices for standard fare. Wi-Fi access proved inconsistent-a significant hurdle when looking to stay connected. The bathroom conditions in my room left much to be desired, giving more of an 'old-style' vibe rather than clean and modern. I dealt with a shortage of beach towels , frustrating.
